Testimonials

The St. Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust

“St Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust approached Dukefield Energy via CPC’s Utilities and Supplies Framework to procure our electric and gas contracts. We have been really pleased with the end-to-end service we have received from Dukefield Energy. They have supported us with queries outside of the standard procurement process, including change of tenancies and MOP (Meter Operator) contracts. They guided us through the complexities with multiple phone calls and meetings, giving us the confidence to know we were in capable hands. They have also saved us around £9,500 a year across our gas and electric contracts, which includes switching to a 100% renewable electric contract to boost our sustainability.”

The Ashcombe School

“Dukefield Energy have provided Ashcombe School with a lot of support since we initially approached them with a view to them procuring our electric and gas contracts. For this procurement exercise, we were keen to purchase renewable forms of energy and Dukefield Energy were very helpful and receptive of this. As a result, we signed long term contracts, including 100% renewable electricity, whilst also achieving a saving of approximately £13,500 per annum thanks to Dukefield Energy. They also provide many added value services at no extra cost – such as query management and invoice validation which has been very useful to us.  Further to this, we have also used Dukefield Energy’s Energy Management service to obtain DECs (Display Energy Certificates). The work that was undertaken was very detailed and accurate, consequently, this has improved our energy ratings. I would highly recommend working with the team for any energy-related requirements.”

Star Academies

“Dukefield Energy undertook a compliant multi-competitive tender for all of Star Academies’ gas and power supplies. For the individual Academies it would be challenging and time consuming to keep on top of everything energy related. As a busy Academy Trust, it was important to find an energy consultant with an excellent reputation, was procurement regulations compliant and had the capabilities to manage all aspects of the Trust’s energy needs. The service that Dukefield Energy have provided Star academies has been second to none. At all stages, the team and dedicated Account Manager at Dukefield Energy have been on hand to manage the portfolio and have kept us fully informed and updated. As well as this, Dukefield Energy have provided central bill validation, showing billed usage on a site-by-site basis and also showing graphical analysis of this usage. They have then confirmed the bills are correct before anything gets paid. This has fully supported the schools in managing their usage and budgets. Dukefield Energy have saved the Trust over £275,000 and continue to support us with all of our energy requirements.”

The Southwater Infant Academy

“The Southwater Infant Academy contacted Dukefield Energy looking to obtain quotes for a fixed-price 2/3 years electricity contract. Dukefield Energy assisted us with this and were able to obtain quotes from multiple suppliers for varying lengths, including ‘green electricity’. They then provided like-for-like analysis on these, so that we could compare them to our existing contract. Dukefield also assisted with a back-dated VAT declaration form to enable the academy to recoup some VAT and CCL monies that were billed, as the academy wasn’t aware of educational establishment exemption.

Dukefield Energy have provided the academy with a most efficient, hassle-free service.”
