Help Desk, Query Management.
When you contract with Dukefield Energy, we will be your energy help desk so no matter how big or small your query may be, your dedicated account manager is here to assist you. We will use our expertise to advise you or resolve your queries, dependant on its nature. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours of receipt. Furthermore, if any queries arise from our bill validation checks we will fully manage these to resolution.
Supplier Management & Liaison.
It can be very difficult and time consuming to deal with energy suppliers. At Dukefield Energy we work closely with our suppliers and we will liaise with your supplier(s) on your behalf so you can spend your time on other things. With dedicated account managers and senior contacts at some of the UK’s major energy suppliers we are able to get much quicker responses than going through the traditional channels of customer service call centres.
Customer Portfolio Management.
At Dukefield Energy we understand that things can change rapidly, so if you are looking to add sites to your portfolio or removing sites, we can help ensure your energy contracts are correct for your portfolio.

When it comes to contracting additional supplies, we will obtain offers from your current group supplier and align the end dates for these new supplies with the original contract for the rest of the portfolio to simplify your future renewals. We will also support with any change of tenancies by providing you with the necessary forms and informing the necessary contacts at your supplier.
New Connections.
We can fully project manage the meter side of new connections for both Electricity and Gas, once you have arranged for your new incoming supply connection.

We act as a central point of liaison and contact between The Customer, Distribution Companies, National Grid / Cadent, Electrical and Construction Contractors and Sub-contractors, Energy Suppliers and Meter Operators. Our expertise in this area can help to resolve technical queries and we can obtain the Supply and Meter Operator contracts for you, as well as assisting to schedule Meter Installations. We aim to do this within a prompt and proactive timeframe, to minimise any site downtime.
